First actions: understand the need. Ask and find the deeper question behind the initial one. Ask more, talk with people who need to use the result. We can start with this phase and write down the conclusions. Iterate. When all of us are happy, we can start with the next phase.

Next we design a solution: UX, visual design,technical solution and support process. Create mockups and click models. Write a high level architecture. Validate! We select a suitable technical solution that fits with your existing IT landscape, serves your business case and make sure it is future proof.

From this point on we can give you a high level estimate on the initial implementation. We are flexible, it could be fixed price or if you need flexibility and agility we can establish an agile team to do it together. We advise to start small and then extend.

Implement and test. Establish the support process. Bring it into production. We can do that within three months of the start of the design depending on the complexity.

Then we measure, evaluate and extend. The platform is the frame where you can easily attach new or enhance existing functionality.


A Digital Experience Platform is a set of software components in which one can manage the output for all the digital channels a company utilizes. It reduces IT complexity acting as a secure abstraction layer between any presentation and any information (API’s). It serves as the head of your headless services (CMS, Commerce, CRM etc). It is extremely effective when utilizing multiple micro sites and/or when you are using commerce platforms.

All stakeholders can be served in a personalized, consistent and relevant combination of information sources.

It also provides its own API’s to the outside world to enable full integration. So it is easy to access content and configuration that is stored inside the DX platform.
